Email sequences can make or break your funnel. After all, if you get someone on your list and then never email them, then their sign up was never really worth their time (or yours). Even worse, if you email them too much (or with things that don’t interest them), then get ready to be hit with an “unsubscribe”.

But trying to come up with all the (right) emails on your own can feel daunting. After all, you don’t want to feel like you’re just repeating yourself over and over and over and…

We have 3 solid email sequences that will transform strangers into lifelong clients.

Getting to Know You Email Sequence

Our first one is the “Getting to Know You” sequence.

** Note: This series takes place over a 6-8 week period.

In 6 emails, you will introduce yourself to newcomers to your list.

  1. Story of your why/brand. Can’t fit it in one? Break it into 2 emails.
  2. Secret they didn’t know about you that makes you human and endearing.
  3. Invitation to a free experience (podcast, event, opportunity to share themselves)
  4. Tip they can apply today for impact in their lives
  5. Invitation to join you on social media to keep the conversation going
  6. An offer of a product/service

After this sequence is finished, move them into your general list to help them get the weekly emails you send with tips and invites to other opportunities.

Webinar Registration Email Sequence

Our second email sequence is the “Webinar Registration” sequence.

** Note: This series takes place over a 6-8 week period.

In 7 emails, you will get new customers interested in your webinar and follow up with them afterwards:

  1. Announce webinar – add value (Benefit of attending)
  2. Register now for Webinar – add value (Benefit of attending)
  3. Excited to meet you to registered attendees – tell us what you want to get out of the conversation (to registered only)
  4. Last chance to register – add value (benefit of attending) (day before each registration end period)
  5. Excited to meet you only 1 more day for our event! Drop zoom link. (day before event at close of registration period to registered only)
  6. Excited to meet you only 1 hour till our event! Zoom link again. (day of to registered only)
  7. So thankful for all of you who registered and attended. Instant replay! Drop the YouTube unlisted link so they can only see it if they have the link. (registered only. 1 hour following the event if possible)

Drop the registered attendees into your email system to continue to build the relationship over time. Some may drop off, but some may find the resources to join you in your other conversations or opportunities.

Special Offer or New Product Email Sequence

Our third email sequence is the “Special Offer” sequence. This can also be used to announce new products.

**Note: this series takes place over a 6-8 week period

In 10 emails, you will announce the offer, pique the customer’s interest, and fulfill their order:
